About

My journey into health coaching began at a young age, shaped by my own struggles with dietary challenges. I refused to accept the cycle of poor health without putting up a fight, and I committed myself to making proactive lifestyle changes in every way I could.

In college, my curiosity led me to explore exercise science and food science. However, my passion for health coaching goes beyond academics. I have experienced firsthand the challenges of managing IBS, migraines, menopause, and the heartbreak of losing family members too soon to cancer. These experiences have fueled my dedication to helping others take charge of their health through sustainable, holistic approaches.

Outside of coaching, I love spending time with my family and friends, cooking, appreciating nature, and learning pickleball. As a mom, I cherish every moment with my loved ones—including snuggles with my 8-year-old Bernedoodle, who never fails to bring joy to my day.
